I'm trying to find information on a flat roof covering I just saw.Installed over an existing 30 yr old worn bituminous roof, the material looked like a some sort of fiberglass tarp with bonded seams to form a continuous blanket on a 40'x 200' flat roof of a condominium building. The material flowed up the parapet walls in a gentle sweep that left significant air pockets along the bottom edge ending at a sealed termination bar just under coping tile.
It was seamed an pulled loosely around and partway up vent pipes and exhaust ducts then sealed with mastic. At skylights, it was seamed, pulled loosely around skylight shaft, had loosely folded corners, was stuffed into skylight shaft with the skylight and metal framing installed on top.
There were excessive folds and fish mouths on the decking surface, ponding where the new roof material settled into depressions left in the old roof layer.
I'm looking for any information on this system, specs for installation and specs for repair.
Thanks
